i reply: i have tried this sleep remedy that you speak of, but only really found that i didn't feel like i was tired enough during the day. i was rested and alert and didn't feel the need to drink so much Dew and coffee to sustain myself. in addition, i found stress levels decreased which meant that i smoked less. i found this life to be in contrast with that which i was familar, and in a way less rewarding if indeed healtier. i decided to give it up saying, "sleep is for the weak...". and besides, sleep is not in my work contract.

"sleep is for the weak" is mine...but nothing really decreases my level of smoking except the amount of sleep I get (don't smoke while I am asleep) and how drunk I am when I run out of cigarettes. (can't drive to the store.)

Thanks for the link...I guess I could always put whiskey in the mug. (Not a coffee drinker.)
