the term refactor is unknown to microsoft word 2000 and prompts for autocorrection. i am not sure if this is an oversight or commentary on the software practices employed by microsoft.

The refactor support for the VS IDE 2005 is much improved. Of course it is still in BETA so they might remove features, or place them into the "high end" IDE and leave the affordable version with crap.
