new backend

so i finally got around to updating the backend of my site to the new version of movabletype. the importing of the old stuff was quite a pain in the ass. i can only assume that the database format changed.

so, now i have RSS set up for those tech-savy people out there who have been dogging me for years to do so. peek it at http://yotogi.net/index.rdf.

now that this is done, it is on to getting a custom configuration up for the webpage, as i have never been one to just let the normal default configs live too long.

so for a while there i was getting spam put into my weblog, which was a huge pain in the ass. so now in order to comment on the posts you will need a typekey account. this is free, and is the security mechanism used by a ton of other weblogs. you can get one here.

Man only a month behind on posts. I am glad you got RSS now. Started a new job at www.jackhenry.com. They write online banking software. I am in the imaging division.
