I went back to Norman last month for a wedding. It was the first time I'd been back since 1998, when I left for grad school. I stayed at the La Quinta Inn, which is right next to where the Village Inn used to be. Now it's something called "Jason's Deli". Otherwise, Norman seems exactly the way I left it, which was a little disconcerting.
